Where one is learning to love her Savior with all her soul, mind, and heart!

Friday at work was the longest day i've ever worked...14 hours. It was great, because I was working and studying, and the guys were playing around with each other. {Now i know who i can play around with, and let them play around with me too... I miss being around Jolene, because she was always willing to pick on me back.} Anyways, After a few guys left, i was able to work where they were at {whenever I had no parts}. Harry, one of the guys who drive the Hilow around, thought it was rally strange to see me working at another station. O-wells, I needed to stay up, and the best way to do that is to keep moving. He told me that i must love working because i just can't stop, I just laughed at him.
Saturday, After work.. I thought it was really strange seeing the lights on, and people coming in. Usually the lights are going off, and no-one else is around but those who was working. But it was good. I was able to see this guy, Bill, look good. Because by the time i get to work, He is usually a mess from sweat and what-nots. i was able to sleep for 6 hours, and i thought it would be best just to stay up so i can be able to go to church Sunday. So the whole day i read a book, then read the Bible, then sat outside and enjoyed the weather. It was a nice peaceful day. I didn't have to worry about going to work, or going anywhere. I was just able to watch the sunset, and just relax. I was able to go to bed at 12 and fall asleep without having to just lay there waiting to fall asleep til 5 am.
Sunday, the bus came late. i didn't care just as long as it came is all that matters. Church was great. I saw sandy {who has been wondering where i've been.} The sermons were great too. I must have yawned about a million times, but i was awake and i was paying attention. Pastor Marriott was in a great mood today, he was letting some jokes come out right..then left...etc. But over all, His sermon was a real hitter. Someone raised their hand to come to know the Lord, What a blessing it is to know that someone is starting to understand God's Word and want to come to know Him. Pastor Bryan had said a few things about those who have talents and double it and the one who buried his. I got thinking about what is a talent?. I've always wondered about this whenever i hear the story. Then it hit me really hard, it's who you helped lead to the Lord. It's not how much money ya have, or how smart you are, but It's how many people you told about the Lord. I also got thinking about the treasures in heaven, it is not a sin to want it because it is our reward from Christ. To tell you the truth, I would love to have treasures from Christ, but at the same time, i know that i don't deserve any of it at all. I deserve to get all hay and wood. But what a blessing it is to know that I am getting something from the Lord. I want to please Christ and not man. What can the world give me? pleasure. But God gives me peace, and Love, and Joy. He gives me much more than the world can offer me. What a blessing that is. I am God's daughter, and He loves me so much.

I wonder why people take things for granted for. We all miss out on things that the Lord has put in front of our faces. I know I take for granted each breathe, and each step. Sometimes I feel like, with me being home, I am beinn taken for granted. The kids seem to think that mom and dad are paying for everything, and they can get extra things from me because i have money now {well, whats left of it anyways}. The kids know I love to clean and love things to be clean- so they don't do anything but the dishes. It's funnie how we can all do that, take someone for granted. We think they will stay here on earth forever, but in the end find out that they are not on earth anymore.
My uncle is pretty old now, i am not sure how old he is, but he is my dad's uncle {my Great Uncle}. I love him loads and he is a great guy. But i always thought he could live forever, but i know that he isn't. I just wish i could've spent more time with him, but he never really wanted to spend time with me {just the boys}. Now, he is getting older and i am older than i was when i last saw him. I have changed so much, and all he thinks about me is as that little girl i once was. I am missing my little chats with my Aunt {Great Aunt, and she really is great too..}. I really wanted her to teach me how to sew things, but she told me that i had to know how to before she can {which didn't make any sence at all to me.} . O-wells. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. My Uncle told my dad that my dad nor us was in his will, and to tell you the truth.. I don't care.. I just want to spend time with him before he leaves earth to be with Jesus.

The Lord made each living thing, from the trees to man to the stars to the sand. Yet, we all take for granted that this could be our last year, last day, last hour, last minute, last breathe. Are you ready to see God? I know I am, but it is not God's will that i go just yet. Maybe there is someone's heart I can touch, and He wants to see if i'll touch his/her heart. Or maybe, someone needs to touch my heart. I know the Lord already touched it, maybe someone else too?? I dunnos.
Today when I was at work, I thought about who could that guy be!!??!! someone i know now, or will know? Maybe I messed things up btw the "one" and I when I went for Jasper. I don't know, but God knows. I started thinking about how I want "him" to be like.. i know what I want, but the looks? To tell you the truth, it doesn't matter. He can be fat or skinny, tall or short {but i like tall}, blond or not, blue or brown or hazel eyes {i like blue eyes}, Cute or "ungly" {doesn't matter, because to me he'll be handsome}..etc.. It realyl doesn't matter how he looks, just as long as he loves the Lord, and will be willing to love me for me. I can easily put someone else's pic on my profile and get guys to "like" me..{sadly enough, guys who could be my dad}, but it's not the best way to go i guess. Because I am me, and if any guy doesn't wanna be my friend then it is his problem, because looks is only looks. I believe that I am a very sweet, kind, tenderhearted, loving, adorablely cute Lady. I am willing to give up all that I have to be with the right one, to help him with whatver he is doing. This is something they don't see, because many guys go for girls who have the "looks". But there are many girls who has the "look" and is very Godly {like a few girls i know from college, Ali, Emily,,etc..} , but it is sad when someone who has the "look" but doesn't have the heart, yet guys go for them before they even think about going for someone who has the heart but not the "look". Yeah, it is our nature to want something beautiful and to keep it, but looks will be gone,,, because we are all going to be getting new bodies. I am the type of a girl who looks at people's heart before their looks.. maybe that is why Jolene and I are such great friends.. Her heart is more beautiful than her "looks", yet, to me to be very Beautiful.. I can't see why any guy wouldn't want to be with her... {okies, maybe some of the guys who are going for her should leave her be...}

I really am starting to think the Lord is calling me to be single. I don't want to be, but it just may be that way. And if it is, then I am ready for it. I am willing to learn things, and to pay my own bills. I was also thinking about that, what would it be like if i just moved away!?! I know my place will be clean, but will i be able to make enough for rent, for food, and for college? what about a car, and then gas?. i don't think so. But i am ready to leave this pig-pin. But there isn't a way out. O-wells. The Lord will open a way someday, just not now!!

Who Ever thought that this little baby will be all grown up, at 4'9 3/4, this little girl has a meaning. What, only God knows. What a Blessing that is. I can't believe how much I've changed from this skinny baby to a fat baby, to a skinny kid, to being TinyToes. I am too blessed to be alive right now. I hear stories of where babies, or kids die from this or that {cancer, or car-crash}. I am able to walk, talk, hear, see, breathe, and smell.
The other day, I was watching The Messengers. It's a show where there is a group of people who give speeches on a word {like Charity}. Each week they do something new. First week they were homeless for 24 hrs. Second week they were on a farm -picking veggies. Third week, 4 people were in wheelchairs as the other 4 were blind. This one really touched me. Those who were in the wheel chair said that people just kept looking at them, and it was hard to get help from strangers. How many times do you see someone in a wheelchair and just stair at them? When i see someone in a wheelchair, i often wonder how can i be friends with them!!?!!. When I found out that my tutor was in a wheelchair I was so pleased. Everyone needs a friend, and I love being friends with those who have a hard time getting friends. I had such a blast with my tutor. Just getting to know her, and knowing how much she praises the Lord for many things. I never asked what happened, for I knew she would tell me if she really wanted to, and if not, then it just doesn't matter. What matters is her heart, and it surely was beautiful {like she is}. Anywhos, The other 4 were blind. If i was on that show, I would pick being blind to. I often wonder what it would be like to be blind {not that i want to}. But i knew it would just be very hard, because I love seeing things {like the sunset}. As I was watching them getting onto a train, {missing 2 people near the end-and how they found them.} it hit me really hard. I am able to see things. God can easily take that from me any second now. My grandma is going blind, and my grandpa is going death. I think it would be hard for me to not be able to see things, or to hear. I love listening to music, when i work or when i am doing something, and to go the rest of my life without being able to hear.. it's just hard to understand. But I can praise the Lord for letting me able to walk, to see, to hear, to touch. I can talk to people, and I can smell {flowers... too bad I have to smell skunks at times---YUCK!!}.Wowsie, a week gone by, and I am learning so much. I am learning to have patience with my Lord, and to have Faith in Him. He is working in me, and it is taking me a long time to let Him work in me. But now I am really starting to see that I really need Him. I can't depend on myself for things. I can't say, "I can do that on my own." because I can't do it on my own. I can't make enough money for school on my own, I need God's help. Maybe He wants to me use the money I am earning to help my family out for a whille before I can go back to school. The Lord knows that I am missing school alot. Maybe I can learn better if I have to wait a few years. But what is learning without fun? I think I will have a hard time if I can't go back while Jolene is still there, but I know that the Lord will help me through.
Sorry, Lately I've been in a mood to talk. None of my friends are on much when I am on {at 1 am or 3 am}. So, I've been just letting my talking mood go to my blog {maybe that is why it is updated more than most people.. and why noone reads it---because it's too long} O-wells. At least I am getting things out, even if Noone is reading it, or is updating theirs. For those who think I am just a quiet little girl, you have things to learn about me. I love to talk, just it is hard for me to just talk to someone I barley know. I can't just go up to someone and start talking, unless I am very hyper or I have a close friend with me at the time. Other-wise, I'll just listen. One can learn a whole lot just by listening. I may not be smart in books and grade-wise, but I am very smart in other ways. Strange to think that I am smart ah? O-wells.

Who ever thought that this could happen to them? A branch falling on ya house and doing some damages to two houses?I was at work when it fell. My sister had called my dad, and my dad was running around the place like a chicken's head cut off. Next thing i knew, we were flying cars by on the road and we were home. {It was night out, but this is a pic from this morning.} As you can see, it isn't a small branch that fell. The nieghbour's porch is smashed.
Noone was hurt, well..the houses were. A few broken windows, a few holes in the roof, and a branch in my room. But Praise be to God. He is the One we should be Praising throughout this. I mean, we could be paying for all the damages, but the Lord is watching out for us and keeping us save. Well, Kaytie did say she didn't like the way i decorated the room with my things. Guess she can enjoy this a bit more {seeing how it is only about 1 foot away from the top bunk}.I guess as I went off to work, someone came and moved that branch off of our houses. It is just so funnie how one day you think things are going to be like any other day, but it turns out that it is just a crazzie day. Today when I was at work, I think only about 2 people didn't ask me where my dad was, and what went on, or why did we left work so early. Other than that, it was alright. I was able to do 548s {dad said if I really wanted to get on there then I should ask for it, but I knew that I'll be on it, because I've been on it for the past 3 weeks now.} so I was able to stay awake.
I've been studing out James lately. Well, today I was reviewing some of the verses, letting them go through my head and out my mouth. Then verse 3 in chapter one hit me really hard. "Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." I then realized that I need to have faith in God. I need to just wait, and let God do His work. For verse 4 says "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." I am usually wanting things to be done and over with, but with what a friend told me, I am looking forward to seeing what God is going to do next. A friend {Stephen} pretty much told me that it was fun to go through the hard times rather than getting to the finish. I really am excited for once to go through all this mess. Because if it was over right now, I wouldn't appreachiate it much as I would if i went through it all. Just like with who I am, I need to grow in Him, and just let Him work- rather than wishing I was this or that. What great friends I have. And here I am helping a friend of mine with what i just learned. What a Great God I have. Even though I grew up in a non-Christian home, went to a Public school, and had no friends at church, God blessed me greatly with the friends i do have now. I mean, I could've given up going to church, and end up hanging out with my "friends" who are into drugs--etc--. I could've been half-dead by now from a "bf" who just beated me up for some money{$20}. But I am not, I am here. I am alive, and have people who care for me. What a Great God!!! Why would He love me for? I am just a sinner. But He gave His only Son for my sake, and I am free of sin now.

I was hit by a huge brick by God on Sunday. Not just one time, but three times. First one was during Sunday School with Pastor Bryan. He talked on the wedding, and how out judgment isn't about our sins, but about how our hearts react toward things...like how was my attitude toward someone who did me wrong! That hit me hard, because I've been falling so much- and haven't even tried to get back up much. I wonder how much treasures I have in heaven.. I am very sure that is really isn't much at all. Second brick was when Pastor Marriott preaches in Acts. He said a few things that got my thinking. I re-wrote them in the back of my Bible- oso i can remember later on. "If we're going to give the message out, then we must know it ourself as well," and, "When going through a trial, don't shut your Bible, but open it." I need to get into the Word more, and want to give it out to others. I shouldn't worry about how others think about me, because I am God's daughter, and I need to start showing it. Third brick was when Pastor Marriott's son, David, preached in Matthew. He mainly preached about a begger. He also said a few things that got me thinking. "We miss, don't see our own spiritual need...we need to go to God", "I am a begger, I cannot save myself". Am I really begging God to help me with my spirital needs, or am I wanting to do it my own way and on my own? Have I been falling further way from my Father; The only Father, Friend, Savior who have loved me so much? I am still here on earth. There has to be a speical reason for it- and one day I'll find out. But for now, I need to wait and be prepare for when He comes to get His children.

I was just sitting at my desk, and was just thinking about many different things. I looked up at my wall, and saw my sign which says, "What you are is God's gift to you, What you make of yourself is your gift to God." Now, the only question I have to ponder for a while is, Who am I? I know, I am Dayna- God's child, but who am I really? I know what I want in life- To help others, and to be there for someone. I want to be the wife a man would want to come home to, a wife that will support him with whatever he is doing, {preaching, factory, cleaning, cooking,, etc.}. But I really do not know who I am deep down at times. Who is that girl behind those eyes? This is something that will end up coming out someday. But for now, it is just me. I am a shy girl who is learning to be more out-going with the friends she picked {Jolene}, and a girl who is very creative in many things. I may be slow at learning things from books, yet, I am very smart {other ways than books and gradewise} for my age. 0-Wells. Life is life, I guess. You only get life once, what you do with it is up to you. I much rather spend my life following the One who freed me, than to live a life not knowing Him. I often wonder what it would be like to be in a different family. But then I got thinking, what if a different family meant not knowing Jesus?...Would it be worth it? I think not. I love my family, just at times... I don't really see why I am in this family. For now, I'll just let Christ lead the way. He'll let me know the answers later on in life.

Sometimes I wish I can go back and re-live my life and change some things around.. like my relationship with God, who my friends were, and a few other things. The only thing I wouldn't change is the fact that I didn't kill myself. I am very glad to be alive right now. Ps 139 says it all, and Verse 14 is what helped me want to keep my life. Oh, Praise the Lord for a wonderful sister, a wonderful teacher, and a wonderful Pastor's Wife {Mrs. Anderson}. I look up to her so much throughout High-school. It was like she was my only friend. I am sure she would've given me that hug I needed back then if she knew how I felt. But that is the past, and nothing can change it now. God was through it all back then, and He is still in my life today. What a Blessing that is.... to be able to know God personally, and not wonder if He can hear me.

Ever wonder what it would be like to drive on the other-side of the road? I often wonder this. I think it would be very strange just to get into the passenger side and find that you will be the one driving. But at the same time, I think it will be very exciting, because it is something new. A friend of mine told me that if I really wanted to drive on the other side of the road, I should live in that country for a few years before trying to drive. I do often wonder if people over seas wonder what it would be like to be on the other side of the road too! Which way is the right way? Which way is best for you? You see, driving can be fun and exciting, yet scarey at the same time. But once you are able to drive on the other side, things are different.
Have you every felt like you were on your own? I feel like this many time, but deep down I know for a fact that I am not alone at all. I am 100% on my own paying for school, and I am on my own to make good friends. But the tuffest thing I've been on my own for, is being the only Christian at a work-place. I am finding it hard to interact with the guys. {I am one of two girls there, but the other girl likes to be on her own and doesn't want to sit outside in the cool air.} The guys love talking about what they did over the weekend, or make fun over each other. I can handle the smoke {I grew up in a house where my parents smoke}, but I can't stand all the swearig that goes on. I am the only one who doesn't listen to rap or rock-n-roll {I have my own Rock to listen to, and that is God's music}, and I am the only one who doesn't smoke, drink or swear. Now I don't mind if they all think I am crazzie, for it is a great way to show them the love of my Father, but I can't stand it when they don't want to listen to what I have to say. I guess you can't win them all.It hurts to hear when people you know, or those who you kinda know, ends up died. A car-crash, or some other reasonings. But each time, I go to God and pray that He could use me in a way to help others. I sometimes wonder what it'll be like to get hurt or die for someone. I'll be willing to die in a car-crash if it means someone coming to know the Lord, but it is kinda scarey just knowing that you wouldn't know what'll happen for sure. Noone could come to know the Lord, but maybe it can help someone open their eyes or something. I know for a fact that I am going to Heaven, but deep down I know that I shouldn't be able to at all. I am such a sinner, and I don't deserve to even be here on earth. I am loved very much by my Father, and what stinks a lot is that I don't show Him the same amount of love back. I fall, and I trip over steps, but He is always there to help me get back up. What a blessing to know that a Wise man falleth 7 times and each time he gets back up, and God never stoped loving him. He does that with me too, even though I had fallen a million times already.
Ever thought of growing up? Each year seems like you havn't grown at all, but others have noticed. Today is my twin brother's birthday, they are 17 now. I can't believe how grown up they are getting. They still have alot to go, but it is all in God's timing. Last night, Greg {the oldest of the twins} came into my room and we ended up talking for a few hours. What a blessing it was to get to talk to him. He isn't a little boy anymore, although, I can still call him my little brother {No matter how much taller he gets from me} I also grabed a few wedding scrapbooking things for my sister's scrapbook. So I added them into the book, and it looks great. Then I realized that I forgot to add a page for Chris's parents. I was going to do that before they get here, but it is kinda sad that I forgot to do that page. O-wells. I'll do it this week.
Joy is coming next weekend. I can't wait. I miss her loads, and I also miss my friend Ruthanna loads. Jolene is going to be so happy when Ruthanna drops off her pillow and blanket {which we took from Jo when we droped her off at the airport--suitcase was too heavy.}. Why is she going to be so happy you ask, Well!!! let me tell you........................... itsn't that going to be awesome? And she wouldn't know it was coming. It'll hit her left and right {ok, not really}. But she is getting a little something from me, well... at least a card {or three}. It is kinda sad that I am not going to be there for her 20th birthday. No birthday hug for her this yr. O-wells. She'll have to deal with it. But over all, she'll like the card {or three}.

Father's Love!!
"Let me tell you a serect, about a father's love.
A Scercet that my father said was just between us.
You see dads don't just love there children every now and again.
It's a love without end, amen."
I heard this song as I was working today. Boy did it got me thinking. My Father doesn't just love me every now and then, but He loves me without end. He never stops loving me. Its amazing how a song can get you thinking about Christ. If it wasn't for Him, then I wouldn't be here. It is a huge blessing to be His daughter.
"Goodness, if my mind were on display, you would gag in horror. Yet, God sees the trivial and disobedient thoughts, and loves me despite the disappointment they cause. My holy God cannot even look at the sin in my heart."
Rebecca {a friend of mine}, wrote this in one of her blog. This is so true. Our minds can be so filled with the worldly things and not on Godly things. Like she said, "loves me depite the disapoointment they cause." He loves us even when we are sinners, even when we disappoint Him with what we do, and think.

Ever miss something so much that you just want to cry? I miss school so much, and I know it'll be very hard for me when it comes time for all my friends to go back to school.
Here is a list of things that I miss about school...
Hanging out with Jolene
Working in the kitchen, and working at night with the custodial
Having room-mates
Hanging with my friends in the Student Center or in the Dinning Hall
Babysitting 4 wonderful and trouble makers
Going to a Huge church in town and working with the kids {the toddlers too}
Having Chapel everyday and being able to take that hour away from classes
Having a wonderful Dorm-Sup who was willing to listen to me {even if it wasn't important}
The guys opening the door for the girls, and being Gentlemen
Southern Oaks- Talking to teen girls about different things
But of course, some may miss something but there are always things that they don't miss.. so here is a list of things that I do not miss at all..
Having to get up very early each day
Getting about 4-5 hrs of sleep
Having to share a bathroom with many girls {who takes over the sinks in the morning}
Homework
Classes
A few people {Jolene knows who I am talking about}
Spending money on Books
Worring if I'll have enough money for the next semester
- No matter what, It's just a blessing to know people my age. So what if people from my home-church don't like me, I have great friends at school. I never really knew what it was like to have a Godly Friend until I went to school. I met Ruthanna, and Jolene. I see myself growing more in Christ. When I am around them, I feel very blessed. We may be a little different, but we have the same Father.

Who is that girl behind those clothes? Noone knows until they get to know her. One person can tell a whole lot about someone from their eyes. It's like looking deep into their souls. You can tell if someone is down and hurting, or if someone is truely happy. Someone can look like they are happy just by smiling a whole lot, but deep down be hurting.
It's amazing how people act around others. The guys go for girls who are "beautiful", and the girls go for those who are "cute". Even Christians do this. They look at what someone looks like rather than look at who they are. Maybe that is why people can't get along at times. Maybe that is why I grew up hating myself, but loving others more.
The thing that I really want, is something that I could never get, and no one could ever give it to me but God. I know that He wouldn't give it to me, because this is who I am, and I should become a better person without it. What is it, you ask? It is my size, I want to be taller. If I was taller, then my fatness wouldn't be fatness anymore, and I would be "beautiful". But where would I be if noone would tell me, "WOW!, you look young for your age!", "You will appreachiate it when you are older!" ??? But, I am sure noone understands how sick I am of hearing that. I love the looks on people when they find out that I am 20 and not 12, but the words I could do without. Mom and Dad loves to tell people how old I am for that fact, but I really could care less now. O-wells!! Thats life I guess. But I can so see why Aaron, or any other guy, wouldn't wanna be with someone like me.

Yesterday, I got up early to go help Pastor Dave with some VBS things. He had Kaytie and I made loads of copies of the verse-booklets, and put it together. We had pizza afterwards and was able to talk. I thought that was awesome, because it really has been a long while since I was able to talk to Pastor Dave. As soon as we walked outside, I felt like I was on fire. It was 115 degrees outside, which meant it would be close to 130+ degrees at work. It was mega hot working. The funnie thing is that I was told that I was working too fast, but I was working mega slow. O-wells. I nutted up a part {weld on two nuts}, and I did 747 of them.
But priase the Lord we are able to appreachiate what Moses did when they had to walk in the Dessert. I am sure it was just as hot for them as they walked, or as they complained about not having water when they want it.

Time, It is all about time. Don't be late! It's time! Your late! People running around clock as if it's the only thing that is keeping them insane. Well, it's about time that someone did a blog on time!! I am not sure how much time we all waste in a day by doing something that we properly should be using for something else. Instead of watching that movie, we could be using that time to read the Bible. Instead of playing that video game, we could be using that time in deep prayer.We all fight over what we want, but once we get it, it's like we never had it. Why take the time to fight for it? So far, the only thing I can fight for that will stay around for life, is fighting for my God.
I really can't see how anyone can live in a lifestyle of being messy. They don't bother to clean up, nor make an effort to make it look half-way neat. It's like a little one learning to eat on their own, things fall. They are a bit too young to understand what cleaning up after oneself is. It is pretty sad when someone who is in their teens or older can't clean their own mess up. I hate being dirty or messy. I am living in a house where people can't throw their own trash away, or even do their chore. I go to work and find out that the work-place is just a mess, even with me cleaning it the night before.When is it time for someone to grow up? When will someone learn to use their time wisely? Why waste time and sit their wishing ya could've use that time to do something else. I know the feeling. It's like when I am at work, and I am waiting for the michine to work {but it is down for hours}, I just sit ther wishing I could've use that time to help someone else, or cleaning {again}.. but thats the problem with these michines, they break down. Sometimes it takes about 5-10 mins to fix it, and other times, it takes longer. But work is work, and that it is that. Boy, I can't wait to get my own place to live in, then I could keep it clean and not have to worry about living where the pigs live.

Home sweet Home!! What does your home look like? My home looks like I just won the best thing anyone could ever have. My home is Heaven.
Anyways, finds out that my grandparents are going to be moving in with us this Sept. Sad thing is, we need to move things around. Kaytie will be moving to where Joy use to be, and dad's things will be moved else-where. The Grandparents will be having a bedroom and a another room for whatevers. Too bad our house is falling apart. our roof is falling in, and the front window in the dinning room will some-day fall down. Too many other things.. but we still have a roof up for now, and we are able to be alive. Good thing my house doesn't look as bad as the picture that is shown.
Today, Mr. Rose was talking about Isreal and how God is working with them, and keeping His promise. God promised that one day His people will come together. For many years, Isreal was seperated, then one day someone opened up Isreal for the Jews.. Not all the Jews went, but as time went by and WW2 happened, there were more Jews there than the people had thought. the Brits thought that the Jews wouldn't live a week there, but it's been many years now, and they have been fighting for their land all this time. Part of the reason why USA knows more about the fights they go through than any other fights is because they are God's people. We know more about Isrealies than Iraqies, or any other.
Ealier today, as I was reading, I read a verse that I just had to stop and read it over and over. James 2:26, "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." It's amazing to see how one needs to have faith in God and have to have good works also. One needs to work to know the Lord and to let Him know us. One has to do the praying, the reading. God talks to us, but it is up to us to listen and to talk back. Are we being a wall to God, or are we talking back? To have faith, we have work on knowing who God is. It takes us reading His Word daily, and to talk to Him daily. Boy it is hard, and once ya forget to do it so many times, then it is just too easy to not care. Once ya at a place where ya just don't care, it is hard to get back to where ya can care. But once there, it is a Blessing, and ya'll see how great God is.
Today I was able to sit with Ruth. Ruth went off to talk to some people, and I ended up talking to two ladies who was sitting behind us. They've been going to that church before I was, and i had never seen them before. Guess one can miss out on a whole lot when they sit in the front all the time. O-wells. I saw Mrs. Cole {someone who was my Sunday Teacher in Middle School}, and I got talking to her. My Aunt {who was sitting in front of Mrs. Cole} turned around and asked me about Joy's wedding. So I told her that I was doing Joy's Scrapbooking for her, and it make her happy. Turns out, my Aunt is into scrapbooking too. Mega coolness.

Today was a crazzie day. I woke up early and got ready for work then off to work dad and I go. The Weather was beautiful today. Dad and I worked together on a michine, and boy was he moving fast... I could hardly keep up {lucky the michine helped me to catch up here and there}. Anyways, an hour before we had to leave, the michine died, and when I say die, I mean, DIED. So we got off work an hour early.
When I was able to get online, my Aunt from CA imed me saying "Hi Dayna!" but whenever I said something back this is all she said, " ", yeah.. very fun topic I know. O-wells. I saw a friend of mine online, so I imed her. Turns out, she is in MI now. I'll be seeing her at church tomorrow and I can't wait.
I got nosey and wanted to see some pic from Northland. The only sad thing about it, is that they do not show any pictures of those who work behind the sence. Those are the people who do things humbly, because they have to do all that work without anyone seeing them, or doing something for them.

Do I really want to be with someone forthe rest of my life? I am not really sure myself. It's kinda scarey to think about it. I like guys, but the problem is, would they ever like me back? But what if I do find that right guy, like Joy did?? Would I really be ready for a relationship for a lifetime? It is just a huge puzzle!! A puzzle that needs to be solved, and the only one who is able to do that is God. One piece at a time, I'll know who the right guy is.
How much strength do you have? I bet you that you do not have enough to last a day without God's strength. This past week all I've been doing is work, work, and more work. I never worked so many hours so hard in my life. Sure, I've work in a dishpit for a whole year, but it's not like factory work at all. It's Crazzie, but it's always a blessing during payday.Anyways, Today as I was working on checking parts that Dallas made, I got thinking about God and how Great He is. The michine was running a bit faster than normal, and the tubs with the parts was coming out like crazzie. By the time I was done with one tub, Dallas was 1 3/4 tubs ahead of me. I think I would've been majoring fall behind if I didn't have the strength to keep going. I've been so weak, and God has been giving me the strength I need to keep going. What a Blessing it is to know that God is watching out for us all. As soon as this though came to me, Christy Galkin's song, "In my Weakness," came to my mind. It is so true.

"In my weakness, He is strong,
In my need, He leads me On,
When I come to the end
Of all that I am
And I place my trust in him
Thats when His strength begins
In my weakness"
Today it was majorly HOT inside, but as soon as we steped outside, it was nice and cool. God gave us each wind that blew, just so we were able to cool down, and to give us enough strength to keep moving.

Ever wonder how big our world really is? Yet, it's only small compared to what all God made. It's amazing to know how much He thinks about us, yet, we are just a peice of sand compared to Him.
The other day I got talking to a friend of mine about life. It's amazing to think how different people can be, yet think alot alike. Life is like a river, things get thrown at you {like a leaf, or a stick}, how one handles those little items can help them when something big happens {like a tree fallen}. But the biggest thing that can be hard for one, is choosing what way to go if there are more than one way to go. I often get stuck here.
But what I never really realized until I was talking to my friend, is how long I've been sitting at one of those cross-ways. I think so little of myself then what I should be. I have no faith in myself. Like the little train that could.... just I wasn't saying, "I think I can...", I've been saying, "I think I can't.." And I couldn't, until now. Boy is it going to be one bumpy ride down the waterfall. But in the end, I'll have so much space and peace about it that I wouldn't know what to do with myself.
I am so glad to have friends who I can talk to. I was trying to help my friend, but it always ends up my friend helping me. By saying something, or by just being the person that he is. It's amazing how much God is there helping us, and we just don't give him any credit at all. God is always sending people into my life, and sending me extra hugs when I need it..

Life is great, and God is the maker of it. Today at work, the guys was talking about abortion.. It is sad to even think that people are doing it and not even know they are killing a life. It is sad to think about how many not-even-born-babies die from it. But what a Blessing it is to know that God loves those babies just as He loves us. If He didn't love them at all, then there just wouldn't have been life there at all. But He does, and He loves us too.

It's a Huge Soccer Game, God vs Satan, you are on God's team. It is close to Half time, and is a close game. God kicked the ball at you, you caught the ball with your feet, but as you was going to do a fancy trick around someone, they took the ball from you. So you ran after them, but they scored. What a bummer! Why must we think that we can do something awesome, something sweet, but in the end it just beats us as our own game. Life is hard, because we can be on God's team, but deep down want to be on Satan's because it looks like they are winning. We know that God's team is going to win in the end, but it just doesn't look like we are winning now. The only way we can outbeat Satan with each goal, is to give the ball to God. The ball holds everything that you are, and if you give it to Him, then He will take care of it and not let anyone else take it from Him. He'll pass a challange at us, and it is up to us to catch it and make a goal with it, otherwise, Satan's team member will take it from us and we'll just wish we never tried that fancy trick, or that one goal kick that went flying. Or what about this one, someone from your team passed you the ball, you ran to get it, but you triped and fall into a huge pile of mud. What a bummer it is to come so close to getting the ball, but yet was so far away cause of one trip. But after we fall, we usually get back up and go head on into the game again. But what if it felt like you just ran into a brick wall? Are you willing to get back into the game?

Why am I telling you about this game with God and Satan? Well, mainly because we are playing a game of Soccer, and we are on one or the other team. This pass few weeks, It seems like I have missed passes, and missed goal shots left and right. I havn't been reading the Bible much, and I still felt super bad for not being able to tell Pastor Dave ahead of time about not going to the missions trip {tho I found out myself the day before} Then, I went to church Sunday morning. {I went even tho I had about 4 hours of sleep the night before, and about 3 hours the night before that} It seemed as if God was kicking the ball to me left and right and I had no time to react to each ball, so they all hit me. After praying quietly to myself, I felt like I was at peace for a few seconds. I was able to stop a ball from hitting me. Now, I can use that ball to help the game out, Just I have to keep my focus on God, and keep up with where He wants me to be at in life, and in the game. because if I am not where I was suppose to be, then someone on the other team could get the ball and make another goal. It is hard to look at the posative side of things when we are too busy looking at the negative. But even in a hard game of soccer, there is posative all around.
When I was on the soccer team for a week, I felt really good about myself, even after running around the court a few times, and doing drills left and right. The team mates where always encouraging me to keep going, even when I felt like giving up- I didn't. It was all worth it in the end. I didn't made the team because of something that wasn't sent {my ACT scores}. I've learn a whole lot about the sport I love so much. I am not the best at the game, but just knowing that I can be better is a great feeling. Someday, I'll play soccer with my grandpa, and maybe even Jesus.

Today is my Dad's birthday, He is 48 years old now. A friend of my dad at work didn't believe my dad when he told him that his birthday was today. We got off work at 12 am, which I was so happy about, and my phone started going off. I didn't understand why, because who in their right {maybe left} minds would call me at midnight?. When I looked at my phone, it told me that it was Dad's birthday. I forgot that I had set it to go off. "Happy Birthday Daddy," I said as soon as he jumped into the van. I was the 1st person to tell him that. Anyways, I have nothing to give to my dad for his birthday, I could never top off what Joy had given to Him for Father's day. Joy gave my dad a new son. A son that loves the Lord and loves Joy very much. Joy may not be 19082498732578% beautiful like you may see in show-business, but deep down inside she is more beautiful than any of them put together. Chris is very Blessed to have her in his life, and my dad is very blessed to have a daughter like Joy and a new son like Chris. But over all, just being ourselves is the best gift we can give to our Dad, even if we act like little monkies at times.

But there is no monkey buniess here, it is all serious. There is absolutly no fun that goes on, and no fights. We are just perfect angels, and no-one is scared of us because we have a normal family.
It's about time to say hello to our new life, and say good-bye to our old. The world doesn't go around us, it goes around the sun. It's funnie how we all go by what the clock says. Sometimes it is just great just sitting outside in the sun, and seeing how things change on it's own. The grass doesn't stay short, it grows. The Flowers doesn't stay hidden in the ground, it too also grows. Once upon a time it was just a little, tiny seed, and now it is a tree that is tall. It's great just seeing how it's not always sunny outside, or always night outside. The day changes each second, even if we notice it or not.
No matter how mad you get at someone, you still love them loads. Even if you think what they are doing is stupid or wrong. No matter how often I disliked Joy, for something she said or something she lectured me about, I love her so much and I am very proud that she is my sister. She is a keeper, even if she is 21 hours away from me. Chris is also a keeper in the family, and she is very Blessed to have met him.

First Day of Job!Dad mentioned to me that he thought it was strange to be taking someone to work with him, because the last time he did that was when him and my mom was dating or first married. But I can see in his eyes that he is very glad that i am able to work with him. I got thinking about it as i was working, and thought that it is a great daddy time. I was able to talk to a few guys already and get to know them a tiny bit. Dad's close friend, Chuck, seems to be a nifty person. Just most of these people are not Born-Again. I am a bit tired, and a bit sore from work last night... but over all, I am feeling greats. I am making $630 a week {not sure what i'll have for sure, because of Tax etc.} But i am making close to $100 a day, and that is more than what i made when i was at Northland camp.. There, i made $100 a week, and now i am making close to $100 a day.. I am sure i'll be making enough money to go back to school for a while.

Anyways, I think it is great, because i can just reflect on God, and praise Him, and talk to Him,, as i am working. I can do alot of spiritual searching. I am excited for that. It is amazing with what God can do to someone if they just give it all to Him, and just have faith that He'll take you where you want to- or a few steps ahead-.

The Wedding!!
Thursday we drove the whole day and night. We left at 5am and got to Tx at 6am {Tx time}.. We had met up with one of my dad's friend and ate dinner with her. It was nice. Kaytie and I got along pretty well with the daughter who is 12 {but looks 7}. The most funniest thing that had happen that day was when we met up with Jayme in Saint.Louis. My dad called Jayme and was looking one way.. Jayme came up the other way as he was talking to dad. He sat down and just kept talking to my dad on the phone. Then my dad turned around and was looking at Jayme, but was still talking because he didn't notice Jayme was there in front of him. It took him a while to notice why we were all laughing. It was great. We got to the Hotel we were staying at. Jayme and the 3 younger siblings went swimming in the pool that was there. It was fun watching them dunk each other.
We ended up staying up til 12, because we played card games and was talking. Joy and Ruthanna stayed in the Hotel with Kaytie and I, as the twins went to Joy's Apartment with Chris.
Saturday, we went to a house and decorated it with flowers and stuff. Dad took Joy and I to Cost-CO to get Joy a card. It was good to get away from the house for a while. It was fun decorating and all, but it was just taking too long. Saturday eve. {after we went to take showers and whatnots} we went to the rehearsal {so we know what we were going to be doing for the Wedding}. I get to walk down with Dos {a guy name John really}. He was very sweet and kind. After we got things settled with that, we went off to get dinner together. I rose with Ruthanna, and my dad was fellowing Ruthanna to the place.. But since Ruthanna didn't know where to go, we ended up fellowing Chris's parents {Chris is Joy's husband.} The parents went to pick someone up first, so it was pretty funnie seeing us fellowing them into a small yard in order to pick one person up. {the person was Chris's grandpa- who looked 150% like a Taxan- noone else did}. We went to the place, and ate. Kaytie was wearing a crown that Joy had brought her. The pastor asked Kaytie what was up with it.. "Because I am a princess" replied Kaytie. It was great fun to get to know Chris's family a bit. Afterwards, the kids went to Joy's apartment and went swimming. We played Marko-Polo. It was great fun. I only was taged once and that was at the end when my brother cheated {cause he told me that I was cheating and I wasn't}. O-Wells.
Sunday morning, 6 am we got up just to get to Chris's parents's house. Amanda {his sister} could do our hair up. So we got our dresses on {just Ruthanna and I}, Amanda did our hair and makeups {Yes I wore makeup. Shocking ah?}. We went to the Pastor's house and listened to the sermon after singing some songs. {They had drums and a guitar..crazzie I think.} during the invitation, Those who were in the wedding left to go to the house. The guys hurried up to set up the sound system {they couldn't have done it the night before because of the storm we had}. Joy put her dress on--BEAUTIFUL!!.. A girl came and took lots of pictures of us and Joy. It was crazzie. Then it started, and the next I know is that my sister isn't a Hlatky anymore.. It was pretty boring afterwards because I didn't really know anyone who was there that wasn't part of my family. {Ruthanna is like a sister to me}. The lady came and took loads more pictures and had us in pictures or out then back in. It was very hot outside. Boy did I had a sunburn after that. Joy and Chris got their things and went off on their honey-moon after we went out to eat lunch. Being that it was our last night there, we went swimming again. Jayme went to his car to get a ball so we can play with in the pool.
He came back and we started playing "Monkey in the Middle".. After a while of playing, Jayme notice that there was something in his pocket, it was his phone. It is dead {we didn't have a furneral for it}. We just ended up playing longer. Noone could get me in the middle. I kept throwing it, and they kept throwing it back at me. I almost made it in the middle about 5 times. The only time I was about to go in the middle was when Jayme gave the ball to Kaytie... but he went in the middle instead because he had treated. It was a load of fun. After a few hours of playing and dunking each other in the pool, we went to the apartment and watched Ice Age. Jayme was asleep within 10min. As they were watching the movie, I clean up the other rooms.
Monday morning, we went out to eat breakfest with Chris's family. Joy and Chris came and stoped in to give Chris's mom a card, and said bye to us {again}. We saw a few pictures of the wedding {they looked GREAT}. Chris's parents said they'll send us a Cd of all the pictures, so we can print them off if we wanted to. Joy said I could do a Scrapbook for them. I am so excited that I want to do it now.. But I can't right now because I don't have the pictures yet. the 4 younger kids and Jay, went off to Jayme's place for the week. We were able to go to Deanna's place a few time and hang out, go to the park and play Tennis and Freesbee. We went to a Lincoln Library place and watched a few movies about Abe Lincoln. Thursday, Mom and dad came to Jay's. We all ate Dinner at a friend's house and talked for hours. It was great getting to see Laura again and hearing about Yap, and how her Wedding is going to be like. I am so excited for her. She is moving here to MI with her soon-to-be- Husband. So we are planning on getting together and hang out when they are settled. Maybe we can do some scrapbooking, or talking about it or something else. I dunnos, I just know it'll be loads of fun.
I have a job now!! I am happy about that, but I am sad because I can't go on the missions trip to Nebraska.. O-wells. God knew this all along. I'll be getting $9 an Hour. then after 90 days, I'll be making $10 an hour.. so I'll be making about $1,000 a week.. So I can keep that in the bank and have enough to go back to school when Fall comes around {not this coming Fall but the next}. Yeahh. I can't wait to see my best friend again. Jolene and I will rule {okies. not really.. but close enough..}

Feild Trip!!!
Only two more days before we are off to TEXAS. I can't wait. About 21-28 Hours in the car--with the SAME peoples.. Tomorrow John is going to Cedar Point!! Wish I could go, but it's alright. Today, dad, mom, Kaytie and I went to Cosco {a big shopping place}, and got some stuff for the trip. On the way back, Mom wanted to go to this little craft shop nearby. So my dad droped us off there. It was cool just to walk around in there. So many things I could use for Scrapbooking. But it's alright.. I found the best place to do some of my scrapbooking items, a dollar store nearby. It is great to get something for $1 instead of the same item for $1.45, or $2.99.
For those who don't know, I am really into Scrapbooking. I got into that, because I was always alone when I was growing up. The first one I did was so bad, I laugh at it. I redid it after a while. I am also into writing Poems, and Writing letters.
Anyways.. 2 Days before we leave for Tx. We'll stay there a few days then the kids {Kaytie, John, Greg and I} will go to Jayme's place for a week. Mom and Dad are going to go on their honeymoon that they never had.. then they'll come pick me up on Friday. I'll sleep when I get home.. because i have to be up at the church at 5am the next day.. going to Nebraska with the youth group.. I am so excited. I'll have like $0.00 on the trip, but it's alright. Life'll go on.. Praise the Lord for that.

Walking forever!!Ever took a full day just to walk? What a blast it is to walk for miles on end, and see how people poeple use modern day items now for ways to get to places. In the Bible time, the only way to get around was to walk. What was a car to them? I am sure it would've been just a strange tool humans made in order to get money {well, in their time, items} Tuesday's is a day for College Students to go play Soccer up at the Church's School. Each Tuesday, I want to go, but can't. So this past Tuesday, I thought it would be a nifty thing to walk up there. I thought it'll only take me about 4 hours to walk there. 4 hours after I left the house, I was nowhere close to the school. I was so mad at myself..O-wells. I turned around and walked back home. Boy did my legs hurt {it hurted so badly that I felt like quiting...to stop walking home.. but I kept going}. I stoped at the church on my way home, and found someone to give me a ride {which saved me an hour walk.}. Over all, It was a great day. It was 82 degrees, and cars were flying by. It made me wish I had a car, but once I thought about the people in the Bible, I felt very quilty for even thinking that. Because they would walk the whole day, or week in order to get to where they need to go. Moses and his people had to walk for 40 years. What a Blessing it would have been to be there to see all the things the Lord had for them. Water from a rock, food from Heaven {even if it did got "old" to them... They should've been glad to even have food.}. The Lord does this to us now even..just not as dramatic. We all need water every-day, and food from Heaven, Just sometimes we think we don't. When we do need water, we want it NOW, but sometimes the Lord tells us to Wait..just so we would thirst for Him even more. No matter how much pain one may be in, or what little they have, they can just trust in the Lord to be there for them. I am still learning this, because I sometimes think that the Lord could never Love someone like me, but He does Love me {more than I could ever know}. What a Blessing it is to know that No matter what little I have, or how sinnful I am {or have been, or will be} the Lord is there for me.

It's been kinda crazzie here at home these past few weeks. I love to clean.. {Yes, It is a Crazzie thing to love doing, but I do}... So ever since I've been home, I've been taking a few days and just cleaning. It is very hard, because I really don't like cleaning when I see someone just sitting there watching t.v., or playing a game,, etc,,. I like to have Music on, and the Windows open, and I love to sing as I am cleaning. Don't you just love it when ya clean, and someone comes in behind ya and make a mess? Well, that is how I grew up. Sharing a room with Kaytie can be dangerous, because I love to be clean, and she loves to be messy. Before I left for College, I had my half of the room clean. When I came home for vacation, It was a mess. I had no bed anymore, because she uses my bed like a dresser, and uses the dresser as a bix box for her items {like Drawing things, etc}. It is crazzie. I use the Dressers as they should be, and extra space, I'll use up for other things.. Over all, I love to be clean. I hate looking at something and seeing a 5 thick in. Dust on an item, or clothes in the frontroom.. O-wells. Life goes on... When I get my own place, I wouldn't have to worry about seeing such things. Hopefully, my future husband will like things to be clean {I wouldn't care if he doesn't like cleaning, as long as he likes things to be clean and not a big mess.}. It is hard to find guys like that. The scary thing is, one of my best friends-Stephen {known him since 2nd grade} is more of a neat-freak than I am. It is great, and he is a great friend to have.
